NDC rejected me because I refused to be a part of a “scheme” for Prof Atta Mills to “give way” – Koku Anyidoho

Former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has levelled serious accusations against certain members of the NDC party, claiming they were actively plotting to remove the late President Prof Atta Mills from power.

In a series of tweets, Anyidoho asserted that he had resisted pressure to participate in a plan aimed at ousting Prof Atta Mills from the presidency.

He described this alleged scheme as an “evil agenda” and expressed gratitude for not being part of it.

“I refused to be recruited as part of the evil agenda to support ‘nature’ to ‘scheme’ for President Atta-Mills to ‘give way’,” Anyidoho tweeted, implying a calculated move against the current leadership.
The term “give way,” as defined by the Cambridge dictionary, typically refers to yielding space for others, often in the context of traffic.

However, in this political context, it seems to imply making room for a change in leadership.
