The Chief Executive Officer of the State Transport Corporation (STC), Nana Akomea, expressed confidence that Ghanaians would have no regrets in keeping the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in power, especially with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the president.
This assurance comes in the aftermath of the Bawumia Speak conference, where the NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, unveiled his visions for the country on February 7, 2024, with a focus on the 2025 leadership.
Nana Akomea, speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show, ‘Ghana Montie,’ conveyed his optimism about Dr. Bawumia’s ideologies presented in his ‘Bold Solution’ address, emphasizing the potential for reshaping Ghana under the NPP’s leadership.
In comparing Dr. Bawumia to former president Mahama, Nana Akomea asserted that such a comparison would be inappropriate. He highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, contrasting them with what he described as the lack of concrete policies from Mahama in his bid for the presidency once again.
“Bawumia is new and brings new ideas, Mahama is a former president and has nothing to offer,” he said.
