Let’s not give up on Funny Face – Staunch NPP member

New Patriotic Party (NPP) member Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as ‘Chairman COKA has called upon the entertainment community to rally behind Ghanaian comedian and actor, Funny Face, during challenging times.

Chairman COKA emphasised the importance of offering Funny Face the necessary support, asserting that everyone deserves a chance to rectify their mistakes.

He stressed that Funny Face’s contributions to the entertainment sector merit recognition and assistance, especially when faced with adversity.

Expressing concern over recent events, Chairman COKA urged stakeholders not to overlook Funny Face’s potential and to refrain from contributing to the demise of his career.

He emphasised the need for timely intervention, citing that waiting until a crisis escalates is not beneficial.

“Let’s not wait for tragic tributes before extending a helping hand. There’s always room for redemption in life,” stated Chairman COKA. “I urge our entertainment fraternity to embrace Funny Face and aid in his comeback. Show hosts, extend invitations, show care, and let’s not abandon our own during tough times.”

The call for support comes as Funny Face faces legal consequences following a drunk driving incident resulting in an accident that hospitalised five individuals.

Currently in police custody, Funny Face has been remanded for two weeks.

Chairman COKA’s message resonates with a plea for unity and compassion within Ghana’s entertainment industry, reminding everyone that amidst challenges, there remains hope and an opportunity for redemption.
