Accra Hearts of Oak of the Ghana Premier League have announced the sale of defender Konadu Yiadom to Kryvbas Football Club of Ukraine.
On July 26, 2023, a brief statement and this announcement were posted on the club’s official Twitter account.
The all-time FA Cup champions from Ghana withheld transfer information.
Hearts of Oak’s statement said, “Konadu Yiadom has been transferred to Kryvbas Football Club in Ukraine.”
The Rainbow club added, “Let’s wish him all the best, Phobians.”
The 2022–23 Ghana Premier League season saw Konadu Yiadom go from West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) to Hearts of Oak.
In 18 league games, the 23-year-old former WAFA captain made an appearance and registered one goal.
Additionally, in the preliminary stage of the CAF Confederation Cup, he scored the lone goal as Hearts of Oak defeated AS Real de Bamako 1-0.
Despite these accomplishments, Yiadom has faced criticism for not delivering the powerful and commanding performances he did at WAFA.
