The attack, on Tuesday July 25, was reported by school authorities, and the injured housemaster received urgent medical care at Wa Municipal Hospital.
The incident occurred during a routine monitoring visit to the house two block of the institute by the housemaster, Ishmail Musah Froko.

One student was arrested for assaulting the teacher, and two others were apprehended for attacking a student who tried to rescue the teacher.
The headmaster assured parents of the students’ safety and urged them to be vigilant about their children’s behavior.

The police have detained the three students for further investigation.
