A/G:Taxi Cab and timber truck clash at Obuasi Amangoase road

An incident have occurred at Obuasi Amangoase in the Ashanti region involving a MAN diesel articulated truck with registration number GR 2714-X.

The truck, experiencing brake failure, collided with a Toyota Corolla taxi cab registered as GW 5088-11.

The collision happened when the truck driver lost control while approaching a section of the road at Amangoase, resulting in the taxi cab, with passengers on board, narrowly escaping harm.

Fortunately, the quick reflexes of taxi driver Bernard Nsiah prevented injuries to passengers, though the taxi sustained significant damage.

An eyewitness told the media that the truck driver, upon losing control, shouted to warn drivers behind him.
