A new web application named Admissions Checker has been launched, allowing parents and students to assess their eligibility for admission into Ghanaian universities.
CEO of Verbal Transformers, Albert Tetteh, introduced the application at an event hosted at Presbyterian Boys Senior High School (PRESEC).
He described the app as a groundbreaking tool designed to alleviate the financial burden associated with applying to multiple universities.
Admissions Checker enables students to verify their eligibility for various universities for a nominal fee of GH₵5, making the process more affordable and informed.
The app addresses the common challenge faced by parents and guardians who invest in multiple application forms without certainty about their child’s chances of admission.
Students attending the launch expressed excitement about Admissions Checker, noting its potential to save money and provide crucial insights into universities before completing Senior High School (SHS).
This innovative solution aims to empower students by providing essential information about tertiary institutions, thereby enabling them to make well-informed decisions about their academic paths.
