Forget the prophecy, I don’t have what it takes to be Bawumia’s running mate – Kwami Sefa Kayi

Host of the renowned radio show “Kokrokoo” on Peace FM, Kwami Sefa Kayi, has dismissed a prophecy on the December 1, 2023 edition of his show, which suggested that he might be selected as the running mate to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming political scene.

This prophecy came on the heels of an earlier prediction in 2017 that Sefa Kayi would eventually become the youngest president in Ghana’s history. On the recent episode, a listener shared a vision foreseeing the radio host becoming Dr. Bawumia’s running mate.

Responding to the prophecy, Sefa Kayi emphatically stated, “Don’t worry, I will not be Bawumia’s running mate. It will not happen, so, don’t worry,” emphasizing his understanding of his own limitations and capabilities.

“I will not be his running mate; they say every man should know his limitations and capabilities. Prof. Agyekum has a saying that ‘there are some prayers, you are only disturbing God when you say it,’” he added.

This isn’t the first time Sefa Kayi has been at the center of prophetic declarations. In October 2017, Prophet Samuel Okyere predicted that Sefa Kayi would become Ghana’s youngest president after President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The head pastor of Empire of Prayer Ministries foresaw Sefa Kayi being chosen by God to lead the nation for eight years, emphasizing that he would be a president greatly loved by Ghanaians.

However, Sefa Kayi appears resolute in his stance against political roles, specifically refuting the idea of becoming a running mate.
