Renowned Ghanaian media personality and Tourism Ambassador, Afua Asantewaa disclosed details about her upcoming birthday celebration in Dubai.
The event, scheduled for May, will not only mark her special day but also serve as a platform to showcase and promote Ghana’s rich cultural heritage.
Afua Asantewaa, who recently made headlines for attempting the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest singathon, shared her plans during an exclusive interview on TV3.
Despite falling short of the GWR due to cited errors in her break periods, Asantewaa remains undeterred and is now focusing on this exciting cultural initiative.
“I will be organising an event in May to promote Ghana in Dubai, which also coincides with my birthday,” Asantewaa revealed, highlighting her commitment to using the celebration as an opportunity to spotlight Ghana’s diverse cultural offerings on an international stage.
In a recent press release, Asantewaa mentioned the importance of spending quality time with her family, expressing a need for solitude after the singathon attempt.
With her upcoming birthday celebration and cultural showcase in Dubai, Afua Asantewaa looks forward to combining festivities with a meaningful promotion of Ghanaian culture on a global scale.
