Ghanaian music sensation Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, famously known as Amerado Burner, recently opened up about a touching heartbreak that served as the catalyst for his distinctive dreadlocked appearance.
Amerado Burner, as he is also known, shared the painful experience during an interview on Onua TV with host Captain Smart.
According to Amerado Burner, he fell deeply in love after the lady in question proposed to him.
However, the relationship took an unexpected turn when she abruptly ended things without providing any explanation.
Upon investigation, Amerado discovered that ‘Bra Charles,’ popularly known as ‘Drogba‘ from the YOLO series, was the cause of the breakup.
“Bra Charles of YOLO fame stole my girlfriend. She gave me no reason for the breakup; all she said was to live my life without her,” Amerado Burner revealed during the interview.
Despite the heartbreak, Amerado turned adversity into inspiration, using the experience as a driving force to achieve success as a prominent Hip-hop artist today.
