The flagbearer of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, was warmly received by the residents of the Ashanti Region as he embarked on a three-day campaign tour aimed at consolidating support ahead of the 2024 elections.

These projects, once completed, are expected to alleviate pressure on the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and significantly improve healthcare delivery in the region.
Dr. Bawumia also addressed a gathering of market women, traders, and small business owners, reiterating his commitment to supporting local businesses through favorable policies and financial assistance. The market women voiced their appreciation for the government’s initiatives to stabilize the economy and create opportunities for growth.
