Benfica president Rui Costa has not given the green light to sell Enzo Fernández to Chelsea.
The Blues have presented a proposal worth €120m. According to international sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano, Benfica may want more than what Chelsea are offering.

In a tweet, he wrote that it was a “tense night of talks” and “Chelsea wanted breakthrough in the night but nothing yet.”
It is expected that negotiations will continue in the morning.
