Mbappe gradually getting on nerves, as interview remarks about PSG angers 6 players

Kylian Mbappe’s recent behavior towards Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has sparked a strong negative reaction from several of his teammates in response to his latest interview.

In the interview, the 24-year-old superstar criticized PSG and pointed out their shortcomings, describing the club as divisive and attracting unnecessary gossip.

Mbappe also took aim at the club’s hierarchy, holding them responsible for the team’s repeated failures in European competitions.

According to the Daily Mirror, Mbappe’s comments have not been well-received by six of his teammates, including two new signings, who have taken the step of reporting the forward to the PSG leadership.

PSG is now eager to offload Mbappe this summer, as their relationship with the player has deteriorated following his refusal to extend his contract with the Ligue 1 champions beyond the upcoming season.

Rashford to replace Mbappe?

Meanwhile, Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford is currently on the radar of Paris Saint-Germain as the top option to replace wantaway Mbappe this summer, 90MIN reports.

PSG are looking at options to bolster their attack after Mbappe leaves and have identified the England forward or Eintracht Frankfurt’s Randal Kolo Muani as their top targets.

The 2022 World Cup Golden Boot winner criticised PSG in a recent interview, as well as their recent signings and the French league overall after informing the club of his desire to leave when his contract expires.

Di Canio has now labelled Mbappe as being indecent and disrespectful towards Paris Saint-Germain, who have also informed the forward he must sign a contract extension or be sold this summer.
