Kylian Mbappe’s recent criticism of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has drawn the ire of former Italian and West Ham player Paolo Di Canio, who has voiced his disapproval of the forward’s behavior.
In a recent interview, the recipient of the 2022 World Cup Golden Boot expressed his discontent with PSG, their recent signings, and the overall French league. Mbappe has also made it known to the club that he intends to leave when his contract expires.
According to Goal, Di Canio has described Mbappe as indecent and disrespectful towards PSG.
The club has also made it clear to the forward that he must either sign a contract extension or be sold during this summer transfer window.
“We can talk about the mistakes of PSG but there is also the indecency of the boy I call it indecency because he already took advantage of it last year and now he wants to play for a year and then leave as a free agent to win some money at Real Madrid.”
Mbappe has refused to take up the optional year in his contract but also stated that he does not want to be sold, meaning that he will become a free agent in 2024.

Meanwhile, six Paris Saint-Germain players have complained to the club’s president Nasser Al-Khelaifi following comments made by Kylian Mbappe, Daily Mirror reports.

Some of Mbappe’s PSG teammates, including two new signings, have taken issue with the French forward and made their feelings known to the club’s hierarchy.

Mbappe’s face was formerly the main feature of the promotional material published by the Parisians. However, it seems he has now been removed.
