South African sensation Yvonne Chaka Chaka, alongside Ghanaian talents Okyeame Kwame and Fuse ODG, are set to co-host a Pan African show in Ghana on March 6, commemorating the country’s Independence Day.
The event holds particular significance as it marks the day in 1957 when Prime Minister Dr. Kwame Nkrumah declared Ghana free from British Colonial rule.
With Independence Day being a national holiday, the trio aims to celebrate and promote African unity by hosting a special event at the Kempinski hotel.
Chaka Chaka emphasised the importance of the day, asserting that their efforts will contribute to the establishment of the Pan African museum, encouraging enthusiasts to generously support the cause.
“On the 6th of March 2024, myself Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Fuse ODG and Okyeame are going to be at the Kempinski hotel to make sure those who love Africa, those who love this continent are going to dig deep down their pockets to make sure the Pan African museum is upstanding.”
