You’ve fought a good fight – Kyei-Mensah Bonsu tells winners, losers in NPP primaries

Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has congratulated all candidates who participated in the New Patriotic Party’s parliamentary primaries.

In a statement dated January 28, 2024, the Suame MP said all candidates (both winners and losers) in the parliamentary race have all fought a good fight.

“The battle is over. All have fought a good fight. Congratulations to all the successful and the non-successful. As a collective let us remember that the bigger battle is December, 2024,” he stated.

He further called for a more united party since breaking the eight could be a daunting task given the outcome of the election.

“By what has happened in the elections of yesterday, the endeavour of “breaking the 8” may become more tasking but we can, and must overcome, God being our Guide,” he said.
