Is it that as a Country we cannot do any thing about this Odawna drain. Can’t we distill this river and make the plave beautiful. Why have successive government’s failed to do something positive about this river. Has the place become a scared cow where successive government’s benefit from.
It’s a delight to see the lagoon jn the cente of Abidjan. It’s a delight to see it’s use for water transport.
Why have we fsiled as a Nation to demonstrate our ability to change the beauty of the lagoon. It is a shame !.
