A video gone viral on social media has highlighted unlawful conduct in the corporate environment.
The boss of a Savings and Loans Company in Nkawkaw of the Eastern Region has been caught physically assaulting a female employee.
In the video sighted on X platform, the businessman continued to hit the employee despite intervention from some workers.
Recounting the incident on Maakye FM, Captain Smart noted that the employee slandered his wife after he passed some derogatory remarks against her.
“There are certain words you don’t use in a certain environment,” he said.
Captain Smart expressed disgust over the video where the man was seen physically assaulting the female employee.
“You don’t treat a woman like this in public. If he has a girlfriend, she must leave him and if he has a wife, she must start parking,” he said.
