Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Agyapong was visibly emotional as he paid a heartfelt visit to his deceased employee, Wofa Kwakye, the renowned host of Oman FM’s political talk program, Boiling Point, who passed away on February 14, 2024.
Wofa Kwakye, officially known as Martin Kwabena Kwakye, served as the Director of Radio at Oman FM and was a significant voice on the morning show.
At the age of 53, he succumbed to an unexpected loss of consciousness at work and was swiftly transported to the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC), where he was later pronounced dead.
The late Kwabena Kwakye had actively participated in discussions on various topics, including expressing his opinions on President Akufo-Addo’s recent ministerial reshuffle the morning before his death.
His untimely demise has left a void in the media landscape and a wave of sorrow among colleagues and associates.
