A Roman Catholic priest has captured the internet’s attention with an impressive rendition of King Paluta‘s popular track, ‘Aseda’.
In a viral video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the priest, who leads St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Kumawu-Abodomase, delivered a vibrant performance of the song during the church’s offertory.
He was accompanied by the church choir and music band, and his energetic singing sparked enthusiastic cheers from the congregation.

In a recent highlight, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Ashanti Regional Minister Simon Osei-Mensah, and Dome-Kwabenya legislator Sarah Adwoa Safo were seen joining King Paluta for an impromptu acapella version of ‘Aseda’ during a bus ride, adding to the song’s growing popularity.
