A video circulating on social media shows Malik Basintale, the Deputy National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), leading a large group of Okada riders to an NDC rally in Ashaiman.
In the footage, Basintale is seen in high spirits as he rides an his motorcycle, energizing and rallying the crowd.
After the procession, the attendees gathered in a park to conclude the day’s events.
