Although the cause of the tension remains unknown, a video circulating on social media captured portions of their heated argument, which nearly escalated into a physical altercation.
In the video, the male driver is seen insisting that the female passenger, who is not yet visible in the shot, disembark from the vehicle. He loudly asserts his ownership of the public vehicle and refuses to allow the lady to continue her journey.
As the situation intensifies, other passengers disembark to make way for the lady. She eventually alights and appears ready to confront the driver. Expressing her displeasure, she is quickly surrounded by other passengers who intervene to prevent a physical fight.
Moments later, as the driver moves, screams can be heard, suggesting he might be planning to do something untoward to the lady. Fortunately, a disaster was averted, and the remaining passengers re-boarded the vehicle. The bus then took off without the lady who had quarrelled with the driver.
