Ghanaian musician Maradona Yeboah Adjei, widely recognised as Guru, has revealed that since taking on the role of president of the University of Ghana (UG) Students’ Representative Council (SRC), he has been getting no more than two hours of sleep each night.
“Previously, I used to sleep about four hours a day, but now I only manage two. You have to understand that I don’t get enough time to rest,” he stated in an interview with Amansan Krakye.
He explained that as soon as he lies down to sleep, he often gets called to attend a meeting.
“As you try to grab something to eat, you’re already preparing for another meeting,” he added.
The Ghanaian musician also noted that being UG SRC President is not an easy task, especially with the additional side hustles he is involved in.
