Diddy broke his silence on social media by returning to Instagram to celebrate his daughter Love Sean Combs’ second birthday.

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York on Sept. 16 on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges. Diddy pleaded not guilty, and his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has maintained his client’s innocence.
Last week, Diddy’s legal representatives filed a motion in court requesting an investigation into the potential leak of case evidence to the media by federal authorities.
This includes the surveillance footage showing Combs physically assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie, at a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016.
The troubled Bad Boy mogul has faced repeated denials of bond and is set to remain incarcerated until his trial, which is scheduled to commence in May 2025.
