Tiwa Savage lodges police report against Davido

Tiwa Savage, an artist from Nigeria, has told the police that Davido, who has been nominated for a Grammy award, threatened her.

The famous singers have been fighting since Tiwa posted a picture of herself with the mother of one of Davido’s kids on her Instagram.

Davido has not answered the BBC’s request for a comment yet.

Tiwa said that Davido thought she was teasing him and he said mean things back to her.

He told friends who know both of them to warn her to be careful in Lagos, Tiwa said.

She told the police that Davido’s actions and words directly threatened her right to life, privacy, and dignity.

Tiwa finished the report by saying that if something happened to her or her family, she wants the police to blame Davido.

The two famous people stopped following each other on Instagram.

Lagos state police spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin told the BBC that they got Tiwa’s report.
