Fantana recently shared her feelings on social media following a harrowing motor accident involving her mother, Dorcas Affo-Toffey.
On August 29, 2024, it was reported that Ms. Affo-Toffey, the MP for the Jomoro constituency, was involved in a serious accident at the Komenda junction on the Cape Coast-Takoradi highway while returning to Accra from campaign events in Half Assini.
The accident occurred when a heavy truck attempted to overtake their vehicle.
Fortunately, Dorcas Affo-Toffey and her fellow passengers were taken to the hospital and are now in stable condition.
In response to the incident, Fantana posted on Instagram to express her relief and gratitude, writing, “Mom, I thank God for your life. I love you.”
Following the accident, Mrs. Affo-Toffey took to social media to convey her thanks.
“THANK YOU JESUS! I am profoundly thankful to the Almighty God for sparing my life in what could have been a devastating tragedy. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to everyone for your prayers and well-wishes during this challenging time,” she wrote.
She expressed her profound gratitude to God for surviving what could have been a devastating accident and thanked everyone who offered prayers and support during this difficult time.
