There is so much in me to show the world – Kudus

West Ham United midfielder Mohammed Kudus is determined to elevate his game further in the upcoming season following a remarkable debut in the Premier League.

The 23-year-old Ghanaian made a significant impact in his first season with the Hammers, making 45 appearances across all competitions, scoring 14 goals, and providing six assists.

Despite his impressive start at West Ham, Kudus is confident that he can reach new levels of performance under the guidance of the club’s new manager, Julen Lopetegui. He believes he has more to offer and is eager to showcase his full potential.

“Starting strong was a good personal achievement, but I know there’s so much more I can demonstrate,” Kudus said. “I’m excited to take my game to the next level and contribute even more to the team.”

Looking ahead to the preseason, Kudus emphasized the significance of these fixtures in preparing for the new season. He expressed enthusiasm about West Ham‘s upcoming matches, including a fixture against Dagenham and Redbridge and a subsequent tour to America.

“I’m looking forward to getting back on the pitch and starting with the game against Dagenham and Redbridge this Saturday, and then heading to America,” he said. “These preseason games are crucial for our preparation, and I’m really excited about them.”

Kudus concluded the 2023/24 season as Europe’s most successful dribbler and also clinched West Ham’s Goal of the Season award for his solo effort against SC Freiburg in the Europa League.

His achievements have set a high bar for the upcoming season, and he is keen to build on his strong start with even greater performances.
