Renowned Ghanaian highlife musician Nana Acheampong has addressed the longstanding rumors of discord between him and his brother from the music industry, Daddy Lumba.
Contrary to popular belief, Acheampong clarified that there was no animosity between them as purported by their fans.
He revealed that they made a genuine decision to split as solo artiste.
But it was never the reason that they had a beef.
“There is no bad blood between my brother Lumba and me. We never said we were fighting and informed you to also fight. You were the ones who made up your minds to fight because you thought we were fighting. I think people didn’t understand why we had to split up.
“They thought we had a fight and fell apart; they didn’t know we had an amicable decision to be solo artistes. Nobody even took a step to ask us why we decided to split, they just perceived that we fought,” the musician clarified during an interview on GHPage TV.
