The Greens Ghana to provide affordable housing

Real estate agency, the Greens Ghana, says it is committed to providing the most efficient eco-friendly residential accommodations for Ghanaians.


It also promises affordable accommodation for majority of home seekers and home owners within Accra and its environs.

In an interview with the CEO of this fast-rising development firm, Kiran Deswani, she noted that the company would be the gateway for affordable housing in the shortest possible time.

“The in-house construction team together with carefully sourced materials ensure quality of all properties developed.

Their developments provide facilities and infrastructure carefully thought through from the groundbreaking stages to fine finishing.”

The current development located in Tema community 25 is a gated community of a hundred eight housing units comprising one to five-bedroom houses, recreational area, tarred roads, underground drainage system, upgradeable solar inverters, solar-powered streetlights, property management services, 24-hour security service, playground for kids and eco-friendly landscaping.

Each development comes with a unique detail planned to provide residents with homes they will enjoy and the ultimate space to make lifetime memories,” she stated.
