Tender Notice: International Cashew Sector organization seeks translation and interpretation services in Ghana

 TOR for Consultant/Service Provider

A prominent international private sector organisation working in the cashew sector and with significant presence in Africa is seeking the expertise of interpretations services and service providers for the following:

- Advertisement -

Consultancy description and tasks to be performed in Ghana.

Lot 1: Translation of Documents
The Service provider shall provide translation services for three languages (English, French and Portuguese) for the following:

  • Translation of presentations of a three-day meeting from 17th to 20th April 2024 
  • Translation of documents (agenda, minutes, reports and recommendations)

LOT 2: Interpretation Services:

  • To provide adequate number of professional interpreters for French to English, English to French, interpretations for all three days of each 6th Council Ministers Meeting of the Consultative International Cashew Council (CICC) in Accra from 17th to 20th April, 2024.
  • To provide simultaneous interpretation equipment for 120 participants for a meeting. Equipment shall include one booth (ISO Standard), 120 Bluetooth headsets, four wireless microphones, 60 table microphones, two radiators and a complete sound system).
  • Provide two technicians/sessions to provide technical support for the interpretation equipment management.
  • Provide simultaneous interpretation service online as well for the 20th of April, 2024.

Any interested party can bid for either Lot 1 only, Lot 2 only, or all lots separately. Send your expression of interest in these services in the form of an official letter (via email) or email with the following attachments:

  1. Company profile including a list of recently completed services for both interpretation services and translations for events.
  2. Official quote/ pro-forma for the services detailing charges for services to be provided.
  3. All applications must be sent to the African Cashew Alliance through Email:mtp@africancashewalliance.com

The deadline for submission of all applications is 10th April, 2024.
