Video: Check out Kumawood’s Salinko’s second marriage; see his new wife

Ghanaian Kumawood actor Abraham Kofi Davis, widely known as Salinko, tied the knot with his new wife, Lydia Arthur, on November 9, 2024, in an intimate ceremony.

A video circulating on social media captured Salinko, whose previous marriage to Nancy Owusu ended two years ago, walking down the aisle with his new bride.

The wedding took place at Ascension Methodist Church in Haatso, Accra, and was attended by several notable figures from the Kumawood industry.

Among the guests were Matilda Asare, Don Little, Big Akwes, and others who came to support their colleague.

Popular gospel artist Piesie Esther also graced the occasion, delivering a powerful performance that energised the gathering.

Salinko and Lydia were later seen dancing joyfully to one of Piesie Esther’s hit songs, celebrating the joyous start of their new life together.

Salinko’s ex-wife remarries

About three months ago, Salinko’s former wife, Nancy Owusu, remarried just a year after her divorce from the Kumawood actor.

In widely shared videos online, Nancy and her new husband are seen smiling in their vibrant wedding attire.

News of Salinko and Nancy’s divorce first broke in May 2023, quickly going viral on social media.

In an interview with Poleeno Multimedia, Salinko shared that his ex-wife ended the marriage, explaining that she was “fed up,” which ultimately led to their separation.
