Bankroller of Kumasi King Faisal Alhaji Abdul Karim Grusah says he will support any decision of the Ghana Football Association regarding the future of the Ghana Premier League.
Football activities in Ghana has been suspended following the wake of the Coronavirus being confirmed in the country.
So far Ghana has recorded 152 positive cases of Covid-19 and there are fears the situation could escalate just as has happened across countries like the USA, France, Italy and Spain.
Many have called on the Ghana Football Association to cancel the league and prepare for a new season in September to be able to match the European calendar.
But Grusah who was the first to call for the suspension of the league says he will not call for the cancellation of the league but will support any decision the Ghana Football Association will take.
“I will support any decision from the FA whether to continue or cancel the league. Whatever happens, we (King Faisal) will never go to relegation if the league continues, Insah Allah.â€
King Faisal are currently lying at the bottom of the league table with 6 points after 14 games.
