Accra Hearts of Oak have Set the record straight regarding the construction of the Pobiman Academy Project:
Reports had been rife that the Pobiman Project would cost the Phobians a $700,000 dollars which the club has refuted.
Another report sprang up indicating that the highest shareholder of the club, Togbe Afede the XIV was financing the project at a 25% interest rate.
