Hearts of Oak announces seven new addition of players ahead of 2024/25 GHPL season

Accra Hearts of Oak has officially announced the acquisition of seven new players ahead of the 2024/25 Ghana football season.

On Monday, August 19, the club unveiled Ransford Mensah from Danbort FC, Isshak Saani Mohammed from Soccer4souls FC, and Ramzy Yussif from New Edubiase FC.

The team has also strengthened its ranks with Mawuli Wayo and Yahaya Draman from Bibiani Gold Stars, Hussein Mohammed from Debibi United, and Kwabena Boateng from Legon Cities.

These new signings bring the total number of players added to Hearts of Oak’s roster for the upcoming season to eleven.

Following a challenging 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, where Hearts of Oak narrowly avoided relegation with a 3-2 win over Bechem United on the final day, the club is keen to reinforce its squad.

Currently, the team is in Asutsuare for their pre-season training as they prepare for the new season, which begins on September 6.

Led by coach Aboubakar Ouattara, Hearts of Oak will start their campaign against newly promoted Basake Holy Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium.
