Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo helps Bristol City to advance to English FA Cup Round 32

Ghana international, Antoine Semenyo was in action for Bristol City on Tuesday night in the English FA Cup clash against Swansea City.

The striker lasted the entire duration of the contest and helped Bristol City to secure a 2-1 win to advance to the Round 32 stage of the domestic cup competition.

The Black Stars youngster impressed in the game that travelled into extra time and had to be decided only after 120 minutes.

Before Tuesday’s encounter, Swansea and Bristol City had played a 1-1 draw from the first meeting.

In that game, it was Antoine Semenyo that netted the crucial goal for Bristol City to keep his club in the tie.

After reaching the Round 32 stage of the English FA Cup, the striker and his teammates must now turn their attention to the action in the English Championship this weekend.

The team will be facing off with Blackburn Rovers in the Championship in a game scheduled to be played on Saturday, January 21.
