Egnatia Rrogozhine paid a heartfelt tribute to the late Black Stars striker Raphael Dwamena as they celebrated their first-ever Albanian Superliga title.

Their historic triumph came after Egnatia defeated Partizani Tirana 2-1 on Sunday, May 26, 2024, securing the league title.

The Ghanaian striker tragically passed away after suffering a heart seizure on the pitch during Egnatia Rrogozhine’s match against Partizani Tirana on November 11, 2023.
Dwamena had showcased exceptional talent, scoring 12 goals and providing one assist in 12 games during the 2023/2024 season before his untimely passing.
On February 16, 2024, Dwamena was laid to rest, with numerous former Ghana footballers attending to bid him farewell and pay their respects.
His legacy lives on in the hearts of his teammates, fans, and the football community at large.
