Asante Kotoko’s Joseph Ablorh’s wife dead

The wife of Asante Kotoko midfielder, Joseph Ablorh, has passed away, the club has announced.

The cause of her sudden death has not yet been disclosed.

“It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of the passing of the wife of our new player, Joseph Ablorh,” the club said in a statement.

“Our hearts go out to Joseph and his family during this incredibly difficult time. We ask you to join us in offering your thoughts, prayers, and support to Joseph and his loved ones.”

Ablorh was recently introduced as a new member of the Asante Kotoko squad for the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

The 26-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors, joining from Guinean club Hafia FC.
