PSG likely to appeal after Chelsea paperwork issue prevents Ziyech loan

According to reports, the loan agreement that would have brought Hakim Ziyech to Paris Saint-Germain was thwarted by a paperwork blunder on the part of Chelsea.

Ziyech, 29, landed in Paris on Tuesday to finalize the transfer, with both clubs on board after he struggled to break into Graham Potter’s plans despite being a former £35 million signing.

The Moroccan international has only made four starts and six brief substitute appearances in the Premier League this year. On January 15, he assisted against Crystal Palace to contribute to his maiden goal.
