Renowned Gospel musician, Nana Osei, better known as Nacee in the gospel music scene, set the stage on fire at the unveiling ceremony of Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as the running mate of John Dramani Mahama for the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The event, held at UPSA’s auditorium on April 24, 2024, saw a massive turnout of enthusiastic supporters.
Dressed elegantly in an all-black kaftan, Nacee captivated the audience with a powerful performance of his hit song ‘Aseda.’
His presence added a touch of glamour to the event, with attendees singing along and cheering him on.
The gathering included notable figures like John Dumelo, the NDC’s parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, and media personality Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD).
Political heavyweights such as Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Fifi Kwetey, and John Mahama were also in attendance, showing their support.
Prof. Naana Jane, in her speech, expressed determination to lead the NDC to victory in the upcoming 2024 general elections and serve the nation diligently.
As the election date of December 7, 2024, draws closer, all eyes are on Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to announce his running mate.
