Álvaro Morata has extended his contract with Atlético Madrid until June 2026.
According to International sports analyst, Fabrizio Romano, documents have already been checked as contract extension will be completed soon.
After completing a two-year loan spell at Juventus, the striker, originally from Madrid, made his return to Atletico last summer.

Despite not securing a regular starting position in the team, he has garnered praise at the Civitas Metropolitano for his exemplary work ethic and unwavering commitment.
Although often used as a substitute, he has made a significant impact, notably scoring two goals and providing an assist after coming off the bench against Sevilla.
In total, he has contributed 12 goals and 3 assists in 36 appearances, with 25 of those being starts.
