Mohammed Salisu completes 5-year deal with AS Monaco

On Tuesday, August 1st, AS Monaco, a team in the French Ligue 1, officially announced the signing of Mohammed Salisu, the Ghanaian international and center-back, from Southampton.

“AS Monaco is pleased to announce the arrival of central defender Mohammed Salisu from Southampton Football Club.

“The Ghanaian international, 24, has signed up for 5 seasons and is now linked with the Monegasque club until June 2028,” the French Ligue 1 outfit said.

Aged 24, Mohammed Salisu has completed his move to AS Monaco, where he aims to further his growth as a player and contribute to the team’s accomplishments.

With a promising potential, he has already demonstrated his skills as a premier defender in the English Premier League.

AS Monaco now possesses a commanding and robust central defender known for his imposing stature.
