Megan Thee Stallion testified on Day 2 of Tory Lanez’s felony assault trial.

Megan and Tory were in attendance Tuesday at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Los Angeles, as the Houston rapper testified against Lanez.

Lanez has been charged with assault with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm and negligent discharge of a gun. All charges stem from an alleged shooting that’s said to have occurred in the Hollywood Hills area in July 2020.

“I just don’t feel good. I can’t believe I have to come up here and do this,” Megan told the court, as reported by TMZ.

According to Megan, a former friend of hers, Kelsey Nicole, and Tory started fighting while in the car, at which point Megan left the vehicle to remove herself from the situation.

From there, Lanez allegedly pointed a gun at Megan, telling her to “dance bitch,” before firing five shots at the Houston rapper. Megan was wounded in both of her feet.

As Megan was in in shock following the shooting, she reiterated during her testimony that Tory allegedly told her, “Don’t say anything and I’ll give you a million dollars.”

Megan previously made the claim that Lanez offered her $1 million for her silence during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings.

“I’m in shock. I’m scared. I hear the gun going off, and I can’t believe he’s shooting at me,” Megan said Tuesday while in court.

Asked why she didn’t initially report the shooting to police, Megan said, “At the time, we are at the height of police brutality … I felt like if I said this man has just shot me, they might shoot first and ask questions later. I don’t feel safe in the car. I don’t feel safe with the police officers either.”

She added, “In the Black community, it’s not really acceptable to be cooperating with police officers.”

Subsequent texts from Tory to Megan were read in court on Tuesday, which featured Lanez apologizing to Megan, saying he “genuinely just got too drunk” but “can’t change what I did.”

Later in her testimony, Megan criticized the hip-hop industry for being being run by males. “This whole situation in the industry is like a big boys club,” she testified. “Like I’m telling on one of y’all friends, now you’re all about to hate me.”

If convicted, Lanez faces more than 22 years in prison.
