Love a woman genuinely, don’t play ‘hanky-panky’ – Maame Dokono to men

Ghanaian actress Grace Omaboe, famously known as Maame Dokono, urged men to remain loyal to women who genuinely love them during a September 3, 2024, interview on TV3.

She cautioned that failing to do so would have consequences, warning, “You will pay for it at God’s appointed time.”

Drawing from her personal experiences, she emphasized the importance of respecting and treating women well.

Maame Dokono also highlighted her upcoming book, The Unforgettable, which offers valuable lessons on relationships.

“Every lady needs to read that book. The men too, you need to read the book and know how to treat a lady well because if you don’t treat them well, it can turn back on you.

“Don’t play hunky-panky with a woman who opens up her heart and shows you love, does everything for you while you are doing other things. That one you will actually pay for it,” she said.

She encouraged both men and women to read it, stressing that mistreating a woman who loves deeply could have serious repercussions.

In celebration of her 60 years in the movie industry, Maame Dokono announced the launch of her book on September 7, 2024.

The book delves into her personal life, career, and political ambitions, and she hinted at plans to produce a movie based on her life experiences.
