Kwadwo Nkansah professionally known as LilWin, is a Ghanaian artiste, musician, actor and comedian.
He was on a television show on GhoneTV hosted by Regina Van Helvert. He was asked whether one can practice social distancing with families in this era of covid-19.
Kwadwo Nkansah answered no, because there is some form of intimacy in our rooms with our families. When we move out the necessary protocols should be observed in other to protect ourselves. On set, social distancing can be introduced in addition to washing of hands with running water, wearing of facemasks and using of sanitizers.
With a kissing role on set, it is presumed that everyone is tested. Kwadwo Nkansah explained that most of his roles in Kumawood movies doesn’t come with kissing roles but jokingly stated characters like Majid Michel, John Dumelo, Prince David and Van Vicker play such roles.
All these conversations took part in English until LilWin asked Regina,”enti yenka twi kakra”. He said if he had known, he wouldn’t have come. This shows the English language used by her was so much for him to digest.
Kwadwo Nkansah, despite his level of education has worked very had to be one of the best actors in Ghana currently. He won “Favorite Actor” at the sixth edition of the annual Ghana Movie Awards (GMAs) in 2015. He was honored by the United Nations for his campaigns against the illegal immigration in West Africa.
