I’ve been in the real estate business for 3 years, it’s lucrative – Ohemaa Mercy

Gospel artist Ohemaa Mercy has shared that she’s ventured into the real estate market, having been active in the field for the past three years.

She disclosed this while promoting her event, Tehillah Experience, during an interview with Accra-based Kingdom FM.

Ohemaa Mercy acknowledged that real estate is a high-capital industry, but emphasized that the financial rewards are substantial.

She described the process as demanding patience and persistence until the investment yields returns.

The musician revealed she owns properties in Oyarifa and Lashibi and expressed her plans to expand her real estate portfolio further.

“It’s been three years and lots of money goes into it. But it teaches you how to endure till everything is done and then you get the money that you want. It is a very good business.

“I have properties in Oyarifa and Lashibi,” she stated while disclosing her intentions to add more.
