Inter Allies FC, a newly promoted Division One League club, has expressed deep appreciation to Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, for his generous cash donation following the team’s recent triumph.
This donation comes as a celebration of Inter Allies’ victory in the 2023/2024 Volta Football Association Middle League, which secured their promotion to the National Division One League.
Ablakwa, whose constituency includes the team’s home ground at Battor R/C Park, shared his joy over their success.
He urged the players and management to continue bringing pride to the people of Battor as they progress to the national level.
“This kind gesture is a testament to Honourable Ablakwa’s belief in football’s potential for national development and as a career path for young people,” said Inter Allies CEO, Delali Senaye.
Inter Allies is open to partnering with Mr Ablakwa in further promoting and developing football within the constituency.
