Ghanaian dancers Afronitaa and her partner Abigail are on a high as they strive for a spot in the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent.

The duo, who wowed the judges with their electrifying performance last week, are riding a wave of support and enthusiasm after their stunning display of Azonto moves.

Their energetic and synchronized dance routines to popular tunes like Fuse ODG’s ‘Antenna’ left the judges visibly impressed.

Yet, it was the thunderous applause and standing ovation from the audience that truly stole the spotlight.

In an interview with Adom TV, Afronitaa expressed her delight at sharing the stage with Abigail, emphasizing the importance of their journey for Ghana’s pride and collective joy.

She urged Ghanaians to rally behind them through the competition stages, emphasizing that their effort isn’t just for personal glory but for representing their country with honor.

“It’s about passion and the love I have for dancing…I’m not doing this just for myself, and I urge Ghanaians to vote for me and give their support so we can make it through the semi-finals,” she said in an interview with Adom TV’s Maame Boatemaah.

Despite missing out on a golden buzzer due to all judges having used theirs, the duo earned a unanimous pass with four yes votes during the auditions.

Now, they face the crucial Deliberation Day, where judges and producers will decide the acts advancing to the semi-finals.

The road ahead requires not just talent but also fan support, as they’ll need votes to progress from the semi-finals to the grand finale.

Afronitaa’s message is clear: “It’s about passion and the love I have for dancing…I urge Ghanaians to vote for me and give their support so we can make it through the semi-finals.”
