Ghanaian highlife sensation Dada Kwaku Duah, known as Dada KD, has revealed his intention to get married at the age of 65 to steer clear of potential adultery.
Speaking candidly on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the esteemed musician emphasized his desire to avoid marital pitfalls.
At nearly 53 years old, Dada KD expressed his plan to wait until reaching 65 before entering matrimony.
“I don’t want to marry and then fall into adultery later on,” he asserted during the interview.
The chart-topping artist, famous for hits like ‘Somu Gye,’ disclosed that despite being a father to a 27-year-old son, he is cautious about advising young people to marry due to societal pressures.
He shared a piece of advice, particularly for those in Accra, saying, “If you’re not financially stable, marrying in Accra might feel like a punishment.”
Dada KD also addressed past rumors linking him romantically with gospel singer and evangelist Diana Asamoah in 2022, clarifying that he is not married but has five wonderful children.
