Ghanaian musician, Patapaa recently shared that his marriage to Liha Miller wasn’t based on a traditional proposal. Instead, he mentioned that Miller expressed her love for him, and they mutually decided to build a life together.
Their marriage, which took place in January 2021 in Agona Swedru, faced rumors of troubles shortly after. Despite these rumors, Patapaa refuted them and even had disagreements with Zionfelix over an interview with Liha in Germany.
Recently, Liha confirmed that their marriage had indeed broken down, mentioning that she hadn’t seen Patapaa since leaving Ghana for Germany shortly after their wedding.
Patapaa responded to these revelations cautiously, citing that the divorce proceedings were ongoing and therefore he preferred not to discuss it in detail.
“My blessings are what Liha tapped into to become famous, so anytime she gets the opportunity, she wants to infuriate me so that I will talk back and get her in the trends. I don’t love her, and I never proposed love to her,” Patapaa stated during an interview with Accra-based Angel Television.
He emphasized that since they legally formalized their marriage, he didn’t want to disrespect the court or judges involved.
Regarding their relationship, Patapaa admitted that it wasn’t built on love from his side. He clarified that he never proposed love to her and suggested that Liha was more interested in leveraging his fame and blessings to boost her own public profile.
