A former house help to popular Ghanaian musician Kuami Eugene, Mary has taken to social media to air her grievances, alleging that the singer has labelled her ungrateful without clarifying the reasons behind it.
In a self-recorded video that has gone viral, Mary asserted that Kuami Eugene has not done much for her aside from paying her and providing her with the necessary perks as a house help.
She challenged the singer to publicly disclose the specific instances that make him brand her as ungrateful.
“I have been ungrateful to him, so I just want him to come and say it. He should come and say what he did for me that I have been ungrateful to him,” Mary declared in the video.
She further claimed that the only notable thing she received while working for Kuami Eugene was the name “Rockstar.”
Mary expressed her readiness to disclose more details if the singer fails to address the accusations.
Mary emphasised her attempt to maintain composure, warning that if the situation escalates, she may resort to using unprintable words against Kuami Eugene.
She also hinted at potential revelations that could tarnish the singer’s image.
Responding to Kuami Eugene’s plea on social media to stop insulting Mary, she urged him to let the criticisms continue, asserting, “Please Kuami Eugene, for the sake of the respect that I have for you, let them insult me.”
Mary concluded by suggesting that she holds valuable information about the hit song “Yolo,” implying a personal connection to the lyrics.
She hinted at a potential exposé that could shed light on the origin of the song.
As the public awaits Kuami Eugene’s response, speculation and curiosity surrounding the undisclosed details continue to grow.
